Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you so much for shopping with Mama Sita’s Miracle Butter Cream!
Because our products are handmade, natural personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Please note:

  • We can’t accept returns if a product’s scent isn’t what you expected, so be sure to read each product description carefully before purchasing.

  • Every jar is made fresh with love — so for safety and quality reasons, once it leaves our hands, it can’t come back. 💛


If Your Item Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@miraclebuttercream.com.

  2. Include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or exchange right away.


Need to Cancel an Order?

We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been prepped or packed for shipping yet.
To request a cancellation:


📦 Packages Sent to the Wrong Address

  • If you entered the wrong address and your order is returned to us, you can purchase a new shipping label and we’ll gladly resend your package.

  • If the order was shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer and is not returned, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund that order.
