Because our products are handmade, natural personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Please note:

We can’t accept returns if a product’s scent isn’t what you expected, so be sure to read each product description carefully before purchasing.

Every jar is made fresh with love — so for safety and quality reasons, once it leaves our hands, it can’t come back. 💛
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@miraclebuttercream.com.

Include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the damaged item.

Our team will arrange a replacement or exchange right away.
Need to Cancel an Order?
We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been prepped or packed for shipping yet.
To request a cancellation:

Email contact@miraclebuttercream.com with your name and order number.

We’ll let you know if the order is still eligible for cancellation.
📦 Packages Sent to the Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong address and your order is returned to us, you can purchase a new shipping label and we’ll gladly resend your package.

If the order was shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer and is not returned, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund that order.
