🕓 Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3–5 Day Shipping.

  • Under normal conditions, you can expect delivery within 3–10 days from the date of your order.

  • While we do our best to deliver quickly (usually within 7 days), we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in transit.

📦 Tracking Information

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • This means your package has officially left our facility and is on its way to you.

✅ Delivered Packages

Once a tracking number shows “Delivered” to the address you provided, Mama Sita’s Miracle Butter Cream is no longer responsible for that package.
We are not able to refund, replace, or locate packages that carriers have scanned as delivered — including packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.

👉🏾 Tip: To avoid theft or misplaced deliveries, consider sending your package to a secure address or P.O. box.

🚫 Lost Packages

If the carrier marks your package as “Lost” (and the tracking number shows it was never delivered), we’ll gladly ship you a replacement order at no cost.

📬 If Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It

If your tracking number shows “Delivered,” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Contact your local Post Office or UPS location that services your area.

  2. Provide your tracking number and delivery address to request a GPS delivery scan check or missing mail report.

  3. Often, packages are misdelivered nearby or picked up by neighbors and show up within a few days.
